Enrolling at a university in Italy

In every region of Italy, from north to south, there are universities where you can grow your knowledge. Before enrolling, it is important to know that if you are not Italian, you need to submit a pre-enrolment application and obtain a visa to stay in the country. Once you have done all this, as well as passing the test for Italian as a second language, you will have to complete an application form, which is different for each university; you will need a copy of your qualifications and documents (identity document or passport, tax ID code) at hand, and you will have to hand in and pay the fees within the deadlines established by the university where you wish to enrol.
